Miwok Middle School is home to four soccer teams: Team Green (Boys and Girls) and Team Black (Boys and Girls). All teams consist of 7th grade and 8th grade students of varying skill levels (from the recreational player to the competitive player) and compete in the Sacramento City Middle School Soccer League (SCMSSL). Each year, the Miwok soccer teams are highly competitive in league and have earned numerous SCMSSL City Championships!

This sport is played in the Spring season (March – May). Tryouts for girls will begin in late January and the boys in early February. Trainings are after school and games are on Monday and Wednesdays.
