Mr. Heckey’s Advanced Woodshop class helped a patient from Sutter Health Child Life program who wanted to sell lemonade as part of her effort to raise money for children with cancer, even as this child is battling cancer herself. Our woodshop class built and donated a lemonade stand to her that she was able to use at the farmer’s market recently.
